With one of the best and most user friendly wakes in all of wakeboarding, the X-Star is the flagship boat for MasterCraft and won the Rider's Choice award several years in a row. This boat has the upgraded engine (400+hp) and a few other extra add on's so if you are comparing apples to apples, the engine alone was a huge $ upgrade over the smaller engines that are more common-we do this on all of our boats. If you wakeboard and/or wakesurf with weight in the boat, the extra ponies are a must have.
The X-Star pulls the Pro Wakeboard Tour and this actual boat has pulled several pro riders, from Shaun Murray, Raequel Hoffman, Amber Wing, and Darin Shapiro, to Andrew Adkison, Josh Palma and 2010 World Champion Dean Smith (and several others) so we know EXACTLY how to weight it for every skill level. This has really been a good boat and we'd like to see it go to a loving MasterCraft home!
We are happy to deliver (free of charge) to anywhere in the United States and we are also happy to spend a day on the water with you (up to 2 consecutive days), ensuring you know how to work all of the bells and whistles, as well as use and maintain it properly.
You will be hard pressed to find any other 2008 boat that was better cared for or better serviced, period. We typically purchase and sell our boats each season, so we take exceptional care of them and ensure they are always in perfect operating order. This boat currently has 74 hours on the engine and transmission and the seats have always been covered with the seat covers (included) so the vinyl is absolutely perfect and in near showroom condition. We have considered putting a cool wrap on this boat but decided to let the new owner pick out what they would like to have - it's a great chance to customize the boat exactly as you would want and we have connections to get this done for 3k or less.
